Student of the Month April: Marcos Van Veen
Marcos is fun, silly, and most of all a shining star. Sadly, I do not have Marcos this year, but he is always saying good morning, and hello every time I pass him in the halls. Marcos is extremely intelligent! He adds so much insight to classroom discussions. He has a solid work ethic and is well-mannered and polite. He's also extremely funny and great to work with. Good student! Marcos is a hardworking student with an infectious smile and positive attitude in everything he does. He is kind to all of his peers and the staff here at the High school. Marcos is a smart student with a great sense of humor! I always enjoy our conversations. He is helpful in class and has even suggested some authors for us to read in the future! Marcos is awesome! He sets a great example for his peers through respectful and appropriate classroom behavior. I know I can count on his insightful and productive participation in class discussions. Additionally, he has a great sense of humor and always wishes me a good rest of my day as he leaves class. Marcos VanVeen is intelligent and thoughtful, he mindfully applies both of these to provide regular, high quality contributions to class discussions that benefit the conversation and his peers in the process.Marcos is a leader.
