Knife River is excited to announce that our Grading & Paving Apprentice Program opened today, April 1st, 2024!
We will be looking for apprentices in Portland, Tangent, and Bend and will be accepting applications until April 30th.
The only two minimum qualifications are: the applicant must be 18 years of age at the time of hire and have either a high school diploma or GED certificate.
This is an on-the-job, 4-year training program that consists of time spent in the field and in the classroom. Apprentices are treated as regular, full-time team members at Knife River so that means an excellent benefits package and competitive wage!
