As it is a personnel matter and therefore covered by the contract and district policies, I am not at liberty to publicly disclose intended or current actions being taken. However, I can clearly state the action and attitudes implied by this employee's post do not reflect the core beliefs, values, objectives or standards of the Harrisburg School District or Harrisburg community. The Harrisburg School District works closely with the Linn County Sheriff Department and we highly value their services to our schools and community. Thursday, June 11th will be the last day that buses will be dropping off meals. Our summer program will continue to offer our first come first serve grab and go meals from 9:00am - 10:00am at the Elementary Cafeteria entrance thru July 30th.
