You may have heard or noticed an increase in police presence at our high school today. Earlier today, we had a report of possible violence that is not able to be substantiated. After conferring with the Linn County Sheriff’s department, and out of an abundance of caution, we agreed to increase police presence around campus for a few days. Rest assured that student safety is our primary concern, and we will do everything in our power to keep our students safe.
