• Online Registration

• Enrollment Packet - complete each form and return to elementary office.

 Additional Forms – Fill out only if they apply to your student

• Authorization for Medication Administration by School Personnel

• Asthma Action Plan

• Food Allergy and Anaphylaxis Emergency Care Plan

STEP 2

• Payment Portal for School Supplies  Teachers (K-4) will purchase various classroom supplies for your student. (You will not be able to purchase until August and your student is registered.)

STEP 3

• Free/Reduced Lunch Application. at the State Website. This step is an important one!  The more families that qualify may increase Harrisburg’s eligibility for some state and federal grants. This only needs to be done once per family. Please apply after July 1.
