KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION
Registration for the 2024-25 school year. Your student must be 5 years old on/before September 1st.
Required documents
Online Registration - complete online registration
CIS FORM (Please fill out by date) with a copy of immunizations from your doctor
Proof of Age – Birth Certificate
Proof of Address the following need to have student parent/guardian name listed- utility bill, rental or lease agreement, property tax bill.
Additional Forms – Fill out only if they apply to your student
Student Records Request If your student has attended another K-12 school
Authorization for Medication Administration by School Personnel

STEP 2
Payment Portal for School Supplies Teachers (K-4) will purchase various classroom supplies for your student. (You will not be able to purchase until your student is registered.)

STEP 3
Free/Reduced Lunch Application. The more families that qualify may increase Harrisburg School District's eligibility for some state and federal grants. One application per family please.
