PIV is an acronym for Pinnacle Internet Viewer. The ability to monitor your student's grades and any assignment information can now be securely viewed from an internet browser at home or office through PIV. Currently PIV is available to parents of students in Harrisburg middle and high schools.An additional feature of PIV is an email notification option. This will give you the flexibility to choose which reports or notifications you would like to receive concerning your student's grades and how often you would like to receive them. For example, you could choose a standard grade report via email to be sent to you every Thursday. You could also choose the option to receive an email notification when any grade goes above or below a set value that you choose.

When does PIV access start
As soon as you receive your login and password, you may access the PIV webpage and acquaint yourself with all the available features. You may also set up your email notifications.

PIV Guidelines
For security reasons, the displayed reports do not contain reference to a student name. Looking up previously referenced pages from this browser will not reveal the person to whom the data belongs. The information available from this viewer is specific only to a given student ID and password. It is the obligation of the user of this web page to know the proper student ID and password for the selected school site.

The PIV service is not meant to replace direct communication between students/parents/teachers or other school staff members. If you have questions about any of the information, please discuss them with your student first. Then have your student discuss it with his/her teacher(s). If you need further clarification, please contact the school or your student's teacher.

Your login and password is confidential. Upon verification that a PIV login or password has been compromised, access through that account is to be immediately disabled by the designated school personnel.
